Dunque è online il video di presentazione dell’ Xbox One e fin qui ci siamoXD

tuttavia devo dire che il video non mi ha entusiasmato, l’aspetto della console così squadrato non è male, fà molto anni 80 e ai nostaglici come me può piacere ma se la guardi senza saperè cosè sembra un normale lettore Blu-Ray.

di seguito riporto alcune specifiche tecniche prese da Wikipedia:

La Xbox One ha una CPU con otto core x86-64, 8 Gigabyte di RAM, (di cui 3 GB saranno usati per le applicazioni e per il sistema operativo), un hard drive da 500 GB e leggerà i dischi Blu-ray. La Xbox One supporterà la risoluzione 4K (3840×2160) e avrà un’uscita audio surround 7.1. Yusuf Mehdi di Microsoft ha affermato che non ci sarà nessuna restrizione che impedirà ai giochi di essere visualizzati a 4K. La console avrà inoltre un’uscita HDMI 1.4 sia in entrata che in uscita, ma non avrà uscite per il video composito o il component.[1] Tuttavia alcuni dettagli essenziali non sono stati ancora divulgati. La console sarà anche presentata all’Electronic Entertainment Expo.[2]

Caratteristiche

Sembra che la nuova Xbox richiederà l’installazione obbligatoria dei giochi, che verranno poi collegati all’account (o alla console stessa). Questo non andrà a intaccare il mercato dell’usato.

Connettività

L’Xbox One permetterà l’accesso istantaneo e simultaneo a film, TV in diretta, musica e Internet. Tramite un accessorio esterno la console permetterà di guardare canali TV in diretta, in modo simile a quanto fatto da Google con Google TV. La nuova divisione Xbox Entertaiment Studios inoltre si occuperà di sviluppare contenuti esclusivi per la nuova Xbox, tra cui una serie TV basata sul franchise di Halo e prodotta da Steven Spielberg.

Controllo vocale

L’Xbox One disporrà di un sistema di comandi vocali da usare tramite il Kinect One. Questa funzione permetterà agli utenti di controllare tutta l’interfaccia Xbox tramite la propria voce: ad esempio si potrà cambiare canale TV, mettere in pausa un film o controllare le schermate Skype e Internet tramite la voce.

sembra che non ci sarà retrocompatibilità con i giochi Xbox precedenti, e che avrà 3 sistemi operativi differenti, frà cui uno con Kerner Windows e questo fà di me un felice NoN possessore di Xbox.

Obama petizione per la costruzione della Morte Nera!

Ho appena letto questa divertentissima news su Badtaste.

A quanto sembra in america vige l’obbligo di discutere le petizioni che raccolgono più di 25.000 adesioni e sembra che sia stata presentata e discussa una petizione circa la realizzazione della morte nera, si proprio quella di guerre stellari, la petizione è stata respinta, sembra principalmente per motivi di costi, ma anche perche la morte nera presenta un difetto di fabbrica evidente  puo essere distrutta da un veicolo d’assalto monoposto.

– La costruzione della Morte Nera è stimata intorno a una cifra che supera i $850,000,000,000,000,000. E noi vorremmo tentare di ridurre il deficit, non di espanderlo.

– L’amministrazione non intende far saltare in aria pianeti.

Tante belle parole, ma noi crediamo che il presidente Obama abbia preferito glissare sulla questione in quanto fan di un’altra saga spaziale…

Per finire a questa news se ne riallaccia un altra altrettanto sfiziosa:

Ben $478.947.711.160.  il calcolo è stato realizzato dal sito Gizmodo, purtroppo non parlo molto bene l’inglese quindi non posso analizzare dettagliatamente i loro dati, ma suppongo che abbiano basato i loro calcoli su dati “grezzi” del tipo quante tonnellate di titanio servono, quante di acciaio, quanti ingegnieri debbono lavorare al progetto e così via, non sòquanto siano attendibili i loro dati ne  se ci sarà mai qualcuno in grado di realizzare un enterprise ma per ora credo che possano stare tranquilli che nessuno possa smentirli.
